The purpose of this system is to make life easier for Coffee News® franchisees by automating the production of the Coffee News® newsletter. While the current (old) production process may take 8 hours per month of design time on the low end (when clients are not requesting changes), there is substantial room for improvement, resulting in savings of time and money, all by using an automated process. In addition, changes that would have been time-consuming under the old method can be done by the clients directly, and they will be more satisfied because they have better control over the quality of their finished product, and a more convenient method to change their advertisements as often as they wish.
